Butterfly Bush Mandala Crochet Pattern

It’s finally here!

Last May I had an idea for a new mandala and, well, life! It’s taken almost 10 months to get this one off the ground. But as they say, “Nothing good comes easy!”

So let me introduce Butterfly Bush Mandala. An intermediate crochet pattern with 56 beautiful rounds of intricate stitches, this mandala is a work of art. It gets its name from the little butterflies dancing around the edge of the mandala.

With the help of some fabulous testers, the pattern has been published and is currently available in my shops at Etsy and Ravelry. Pattern includes instructions with photos for using gradient cakes as well as using a variety of changing colors. Print friendly version with no photos is available as well.

As you can see Butterfly Bush has been made in a variety of yarns and hook sizes.

Made in Crochet UK Gradient Yarn #2 weight/4 ply using E 3.5mm hook

The Butterfly Bush Mandala is made up of 56 different rounds to create gorgeous texture. It can be made in any type of yarn. Instructions include starting positions for each round.

Made in Drops Muskat Light DK yarn using G/6 4.25mm hook

Made in Yarn Art Flowers #1 weight gradient yarn using 2.25mm hook

Made in Yarn Art Flowers #1 weight gradient yarn using an E/3.5mm hook

Made in Hobby Lobby #1 weight Rainbow Wrapsody

Make your butterflies stand out by changing the yarn color for that round.

Cute Cup Cozy Crochet Pattern

Do you love Valentines and coffee? You’re going to enjoy this little crochet project!

The Puff Coffee Cup Cozy is fun and easy and works for all sorts of drinks…coffee, tea, iced or frozen drinks. They make a great gift for your coffee or tea loving friends. It uses the Puff Crochet Stitch to create the texture. Add faux fur for a fun winter look.

I used Hobby Lobby’s I Love That Cotton Yarn and that adorable mouse/heart hook came from Polymer Clay Shed on Etsy.

Pumpkin Pie Hot Pad and Coaster Crochet Pattern

Well, with Thanksgiving around the corner, here’s a perfect little pattern to add to your table decor.

This easy crochet pattern requires 100% cotton yarn preferably of #4 weight such as Hobby Lobby’s I Love That Cotton. Be careful using acrylics as they could melt under high heat. The back of the hot pad uses the Puff Stitch.
